We invite seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to apply for the position of Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role transcends the traditional desk job — it serves as your launchpad. In this role, you will manage full-cycle placements while fostering robust client relationships. With some of the most competitive commission rates in the field, your remuneration will reflect the value you contribute.

What You'll Do

• Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to closure.
• Partner with Clients, gaining insight into their hiring requirements, challenges, and culture.
• Source Proactively utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS, complemented by your own connections and tools, including our exclusive communication platform.
• Harness Our Platform to manage candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that offer long-term advantages for clients while maximizing your commissions.
• Participate in Thought Leadership as we amplify our brand — and yours.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3+ years in agency recruiting or consultative sales

• Adept at managing client relationships and successfully closing offers
• Confident in maneuvering through ATS/CRM systems (we will provide training)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a vision to cultivate something sustainable
