Virtual Vantage Inc. is expanding its network of independent remote Customer Service Professionals. Qualified applicants may have the opportunity to provide customer support for nationally recognized companies—all from a professional home-office environment.
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity , not a traditional employee position. Available programs, schedules, requirements, and contract rates vary.

Potential Responsibilities

● Answering inbound customer calls

● Providing scheduling or reservation support
● Documenting customer interactions accurately
● Navigating multiple computer systems

Basic Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
● A high school diploma or GED
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Basic computer and typing proficiency

● Reliable high-speed internet
A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the selected client program.
