We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist - Level 1 to provide front desk support for a short-term Contract assignment in Sandy Springs, Georgia. In this in-person role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while helping maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, confidence handling calls and guest interactions, and the ability to manage day-to-day reception activities with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, employees, candidates, and business guests in a courteous manner and oversee the sign-in and badging process.
• Manage incoming phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and well-kept reception area throughout the workday.
• Support employees with basic workplace-related requests and provide general front desk assistance.
• Coordinate vendor arrivals and promptly notify the appropriate team members of their presence.
• Identify and report maintenance, janitorial, or safety concerns to the Workplace Team for follow-up.
• Track and communicate unresolved front desk or facility-related issues to ensure continuity of support.
• Handle badge activation and deactivation tasks as needed for access management.
• Prepare and place signage and assist with daily front desk setup activities.
• Check in interview candidates and external visitors efficiently while ensuring a positive arrival experience.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Experience answering inbound calls and directing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Comfortable managing visitor check-in procedures and handling access badges.
• Able to work on-site in Sandy Springs, Georgia for the full 3-week assignment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
