✅ PMs with 2+ years of experience leading projects from kickoff to close
✅ People who manage scope, budget, and timelines without losing sight of quality
✅ Strong communicators who keep stakeholders aligned and teams moving
✅ Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
✅ PMP, CAPM, CSM, or other certifications are a plus, not a requirement
