Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant

Join a dedicated, community-focused pediatric practice committed to delivering exceptional care to children and families across Central and Northern New Jersey. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time role based primarily out of our Perth Amboy office. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location is available but not required.

Position Highlights:

• Clinical Focus: Outpatient pediatric care with hospital rounding on newborns approximately every 6 weeks
• No delivery attendance or C-section coverage required
• Schedule: Full-time 5-day work week with every other Saturday rotation; enjoy one weekday off during weeks when Saturday is worked
• Patient Population: Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred to best serve our large Hispanic community

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $130,000–$140,000, commensurate with credentials and experience
• Quarterly performance bonus

Requirements:

• Master's degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible New Jersey license
• Experience in pediatrics strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
