You'll anchor two hours of our morning newscast alongside our experienced team. You'll share information and video on digital platforms. Spokane is surrounded by beautiful scenery, lakes and mountains and has more than enough news to keep a journalist engaged. Develop assigned stories from news leads Anchor weekday newscasts; Report, write, capture visual content, edit and produce stories for multiple platforms Assist online staff in preparing for multi-media stories Journalism degree preferred ~ Knowledge of broadcast quality camera equipment ~ Possess strong broadcast and AP style writing skills ~ Strong news judgment and organizational skills ~3+ years experience as a reporter or MMJ.
