High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and system issues.
Design, implement, optimize, and support Epic applications.
Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Configure and maintain workflows, applications, and integrations.
Support end users with Tier 2 and Tier 3 issue resolution.
Collaborate with clinicians, operational teams, vendors, and IT staff.
Build and maintain orders, order sets, therapy plans, flowsheets, and ProcDoc content.
Participate in upgrades, testing, implementation, and system enhancements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.
Lead complex projects and provide on-call support as required.
Target Candidate Profile
Epic Applications Analyst with strong build experience.
Certified in ClinDoc/Orders, Ambulatory, or Beacon.
Experienced in workflow design, application support, troubleshooting, and Epic optimization within a healthcare environment.
