Required Qualifications

• Must have a current Substitute Teaching Certificate
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities
• Patience and enthusiasm for creating a positive learning environment

Responsibilities

• Teach and engage students in assigned coursework
• Assign lessons and review homework
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Motivate and encourage students to succeed
• Use diverse teaching methods to enhance student learning
• Follow lesson plans and school guidelines
• Provide a positive and productive learning experience for students
