For over 40 years, they have provided customized collection programs for their public sector clients. Located in Houston they offer excellent training, competitive benefits, and strong opportunities for career advancement. They are looking to add a Collector to the team in the San Antonio office. In this role, you will contact individuals regarding overdue accounts through phone and written correspondence. You will make a high volume of outbound calls throughout the day while educating customers on available options to resolve their balances. A strong candidate for this role will enjoy communicating with others and helping individuals find solutions.
