In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.Requirements18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last year requiredCurrent RN license and CPR certification requiredCharge RN readiness approval requiredADN required; BSN preferredICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferredCNN/CDN certification a plusBasic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomesSupervise clinical staff, including PCTsEnsure safe, compassionate dialysis deliveryBuild long-term relationships with patients and familiesWork in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We OfferMedical, dental, vision, 401(k) matchPTO and PTO cash-outPaid training and developmentFamily and mental health support (Headspace, EAP, child/elder care)Ready to lead and make a difference?
