The CAO will be a senior executive leader responsible for the operational, administrative, and risk infrastructure, ensuring that these systems are safe, reliable, and aligned with the organization's strategy. This role involves providing executive leadership in risk management, facilities, administrative operations, and technology, and continuously improving the operating model to drive efficiency and enhance the experiences of both staff and clients. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team, translating organizational strategy into clear priorities and execution plans, and will be instrumental in maintaining the organization's long-term sustainability. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
